We are very focus on practical skill, so we will only teach those skills useful in your job. Since the instructor has many years of practical experience in programming development, so you can save a lot of costly mistakes, and directly get this knowledge from the right channel.

3. What to prepare before class?

1. A laptop running either Windows, macOS (Mac), or Linux. This is necessary to facilitate the downloading and installation of the free Google Android Studio tool, and comprehensive video instructions will be provided to guide you through the process.
2. Android Phone (minimum Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) or higher).
3. Compatible usb cable for android phone connection to laptop.

5. Language use of Instruction?

The course will be mainly taught in English language. If there are students unfamiliar with English, the teaching will be mixed with Chinese to ensure every student can understand accordingly.

Eric Low
Master in Distributed System & Networking from Oxford Brookes University (UK)

Eric Low received his Bachelor in Computer Science and Master in Distributed System & Networking from Oxford Brookes University (UK).

He was an early adopter of Java, and also a certified Java system architect by Sun Microsystem, the company which founded Java programming language.

Throughout his IT career, he was involved in banking security systems (CitiBank) and hospital backend systems (TTSH). He later advanced his career in the microchip processors development as a senior software researcher, focusing on state of the art system-on-chip (SOC) in the chip industry.

More than just a passionate programmer, he also delves into commercial software such as websites projects and app development (Kotlin) in the android system.
